All products, goods, and photos displayed on this website are under the ownership of F by A unique clothing (F by A) and may not be displayed elsewhere unless with expressed permission to do so. F by A and any of its agents have all authority to pursue any legal recourse should any of its products be copied and passed off as another company’s product for profit.
LEGAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
F by A is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by and/or made to any product once the product has been purchased. Buyer must understand that these products are made from various different fabrics, some without any manufacturing information. All products should be washed and handled with care, since they are all handmade. Allergic reactions may occur.
F by A takes pride in its machinery and knowledge. Should a technical issue occur during a project, the client must understand that the deadline for their project completion might be delayed. F by A will not be held personally liable for any inadvertent damage done to a garment during a project and/or any injuries incurred during a client’s fitting.
RETURN POLICY
All sale are final. If a design is damaged and fixable, we will offer to fix the damage, for free, as long as the damage was done within 10 days from the date of purchase.
All deposits are non-refundable after materials are purchased.
F by A will not sell or knowingly distribute any information obtained from the customer at time of sale and/or booking.
